外語ビジネス専門学校（学校法人深堀学園）　英語教員２名“逆ギレ”解雇　裁判中

外語ビジネス専門学校（川崎）の英語教師であるステファン・ボルジャーさん、マーク・ディビッドさんは、社会・労働保険の未加入を疑問に思い、関係当局に自らの権利について質問しました。

雇用保険のことをハローワークに尋ねただけで、なんで解雇!?
これを知った学校は、こうした質問を関係当局にすることが、信頼関係を破壊する行為だとして、二人を今年3月31日、不当に解雇しました。

守るべき法律に違反していることを反省するのでなく・・・。
ボルジャーさんは有期契約満了の雇い止め、ディビッドさんにはでっち上げ理由によって2年契約の中途解約を行いました。
二人は地位確認訴訟を横浜裁判所川崎支部に提訴し闘っています。

Stephen Bolger and Mark David are English teachers who worked at　College of Business and Communication in Kawasaki.
They got suspicions why they have no social and labour insurance in the school.　They asked to the authorities concerned about their rights.　When the school learned about this matter, the management said that they eroded the relationship of trust with the school. Then the school fired them on 31st March 2011 for the mayhem of the trust because they asked questions to the authorities.
The school gave them unfair dismissal that the termination of contract for Stephen and the midterm cancellation of 2 years contact with frame up for Mark.
Nambu made effort to solve the issue on the collective bargaining but only the collective bargaining couldn’t make progress. They sued unfair dismissal over termination to Yokohama district court Kawasaki branch and they are struggling against the school.
